Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase foot traffic, sales, and profitability for the Bali branch.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation to ensure a premium in-store experience.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local business partners to enhance product offerings and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and local regulations.
- Drive customer loyalty programs and promotional campaigns to increase repeat business and brand engagement.
- Monitor and control expenses, budgets, and financial performance to optimize store profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a Store Manager or Branch Director role in the electronics or consumer goods sector.
- Proven track record of increasing sales, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
