Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections and styling.
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment by restocking, organizing, and ensuring products are displayed according to H&M standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems while handling cash and digital payments.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting current collections.
- Stay updated on latest fashion trends, promotions, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, tagging merchandise, and conducting stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in line with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (fashion industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Fashion-savvy with a keen eye for trends and styling.
- Basic math and POS system proficiency for handling transactions.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Balinese) are a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights (e.g., stock boxes).
