Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain product knowledge on JD Sportsâ latest collections, promotions, and brand partnerships.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by restocking, organizing, and maintaining display standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments with integrity.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks, replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and energetic store atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and peak shopping periods.
- Familiarity with sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Basic math and POS system proficiency for accurate transaction handling.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a team-player attitude.
- Fluent in English; additional local language skills (Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance aligned with JD Sportsâ brand image.
