Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze store performance using Balanced Scorecard metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
- Assist in budget planning and expense management to ensure financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in inventory management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.
