Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily store operations across assigned territories in Central Bali, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to company standards.
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective merchandising strategies, optimizing product placement, and monitoring inventory levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, staff, and retail partners to enhance collaboration and brand visibility.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and address any operational or customer service challenges.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable strategies to boost revenue.
- Train and mentor store teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising guidelines, and health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, events, and campaigns to enhance brand engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, store coordination, or territory sales, preferably in the consumer products or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategic action plans.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Central Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
