Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Castlery’s product range, materials, and design philosophies.
- Guide customers through the showroom, highlighting key features and benefits of furniture pieces.
- Process sales transactions, handle payments, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain showroom presentation standards, including product displays, cleanliness, and stock organization.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to promotional events.
- Provide post-purchase support, including delivery coordination and follow-up communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new collections, and competitive products.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home decor, or luxury goods.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a natural talent for building rapport and closing sales.
- Passion for interior design, home styling, or related fields.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory management) is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Based in or willing to commute to Kuta, Badung, or surrounding areas.
