Join CARiNG Pharmacy as a Space Planning & Store Development Assistant and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our retail network across Bali’s most dynamic locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.
In this hands-on role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize store layouts, enhance customer experience, and drive operational efficiency. Your expertise in planograms, merchandising strategies, and SKU analysis will directly contribute to the success of new store openings and the continuous improvement of existing locations.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain planograms and store layouts to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Assist in the planning and execution of new store openings, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Conduct SKU analysis to optimize product placement and inventory management.
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to implement seasonal displays and promotional setups.
- Monitor store performance metrics and recommend layout adjustments to improve customer flow.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of fixtures and signage.
- Support space utilization audits and propose cost-effective solutions for store improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of store layouts, planograms, and merchandising guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail space planning, visual merchandising, or store development.
- Proficiency in planogram software (e.g., JDA, Retail Space Planning) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and customer behavior trends.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and functional store layouts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with pharmacy or healthcare retail is a plus.
