Responsibility
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
- Restock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Respond to customer complaints or concerns with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in opening and closing store procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Balinese) are a bonus.
