Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of retail outlets and wholesale distribution channels to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering processes, and stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail and wholesale staff to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for retail and wholesale processes to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to improve business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards across all operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to maintain seamless supply chain operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve escalated issues, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or wholesale operations, preferably in the food or agriculture industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, sales forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
