Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections tailored to their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory checks.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand standards to deliver informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Assist in opening/closing store procedures, including cash reconciliation and end-of-day reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service (preferably in luxury or lifestyle brands).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours as required.
