Responsibility
- Develop and execute visually appealing planograms and in-store displays that align with brand guidelines and principal requirements.
- Collaborate with store teams, marketing, and supply chain to ensure seamless implementation of visual merchandising strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of displays, making data-driven adjustments to optimize customer engagement and sales performance.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with visual merchandising standards and provide actionable feedback to store staff.
- Stay updated on retail trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to innovate and enhance in-store experiences.
- Manage inventory of visual merchandising materials, ensuring timely availability and proper utilization across all locations.
- Train and mentor store staff on best practices for maintaining visual standards and customer interaction techniques.
- Prepare reports and presentations on visual merchandising performance for senior management and principal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role in the retail and consumer products industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective visual merchandising solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar software.
- Excellent understanding of retail space planning, customer flow, and product placement strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali to support various retail locations.
