Responsibility
- Lead and manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a motivated and high-performing team.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive store profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with regional managers and corporate teams to align store operations with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, sales, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
