Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Skechers' franchise outlets and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and operational alignment.
- Monitor and analyze franchise performance metrics, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance franchise profitability, efficiency, and brand consistency across all locations.
- Coordinate with franchisees to ensure compliance with Skechers' operational standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to franchise staff on best practices, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators, challenges, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, marketing, and finance, to address operational issues and optimize business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, franchise management, or a similar role within the consumer products industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with franchisees and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with retail management software or ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
