Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the Lotto business in assigned areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, DSS partners, and retail outlets to ensure smooth operations and high performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and collective KPIs.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, address challenges, and provide on-the-ground support.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch promotions, campaigns, and new initiatives that drive customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all sales activities.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, retail operations, or FMCG, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with distributors and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and drive data-backed decisions.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bataan, Zambales, and Tarlac, with a valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for reporting and analysis.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
