Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned Bali region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase market share.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competition and gather customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in sales management tools and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and surrounding areas as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
