Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist customers in locating furniture items and providing recommendations.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Follow company policies on returns, exchanges, and promotions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
- Familiarity with POS systems (training provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
