Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and optimize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of retail associates, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
