Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients in a luxury retail environment.
- Drive sales by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and suggesting suitable beauty products from our premium brand portfolio.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of beauty products, including skincare, makeup, fragrances, and trends, to provide expert advice to customers.
- Ensure the visual merchandising of beauty products is maintained to the highest standards, creating an inviting and aesthetically pleasing shopping experience.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, including processing sales, refunds, and exchanges while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, product rotation, and reporting discrepancies to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and promotional activities to effectively communicate these to customers.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product performance, and areas for improvement to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a beauty advisor, sales associate, or customer service role within the retail or beauty industry, preferably in a luxury or duty-free environment.
- Strong passion for beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrances, with the ability to stay updated on industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with flexibility and a positive attitude.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions, processing sales, and managing inventory.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Russian) are a strong advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in beauty, retail, or customer service are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a professional and polished demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with tact and diplomacy.
