Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Promote sales, discounts, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems is an advantage.
