Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using digital or manual systems to ensure stock levels align with demand.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality, quantity, and compliance with purchase orders or shipment documents.
- Organize and label stock in designated storage areas, ensuring easy accessibility and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline receiving and dispatch processes.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including delivery notes, inventory reports, and damage/loss records.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards.
- Assist in optimizing storage space and layout to improve efficiency and reduce handling time.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse management, or inventory control.
- Proficient in using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift and move stock (up to 20-25 kg) and work in a warehouse environment.
- Basic understanding of supply chain logistics and best practices in stock handling.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or inventory management is advantageous.
