Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff across multiple locations to achieve operational and financial targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, F&B, or hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple locations and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer preferences in Bali.
