Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and incentive programs to motivate the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and brand standards across all outlets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in retail or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
  • Willingness to travel across assigned regions as needed.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
