Responsibility
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting the right gadgets, accessories, and tech products based on their needs and preferences.
- Explain product features, benefits, and specifications clearly and accurately to customers.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions, managing payments, and operating POS systems efficiently.
- Address customer complaints, concerns, or technical issues with patience and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance product display and customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest tech trends, product launches, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail, sales, or technology is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or cashier roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for technology, gadgets, and electronics with basic knowledge of smartphones, accessories, and smart devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail schedule.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
