Responsibility

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right gadgets, accessories, and tech products based on their needs and preferences.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and specifications clearly and accurately to customers.
  • Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions, managing payments, and operating POS systems efficiently.
  • Address customer complaints, concerns, or technical issues with patience and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance product display and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest tech trends, product launches, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail, sales, or technology is a plus.
  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or cashier roles is preferred but not required.
  • Strong passion for technology, gadgets, and electronics with basic knowledge of smartphones, accessories, and smart devices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
