As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, engaging with retailers, negotiating deals, and ensuring our products are prominently displayed and readily available. Your role will involve a mix of field sales, customer service, and strategic planning to expand our market presence in Bali.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets, distributors, and key accounts in the Bali region.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotions with retailers to maximize sales and market penetration.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to retail partners.
- Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Identify and develop new retail outlets and opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, market feedback, and competitive analysis to management.
- Participate in local trade shows, promotions, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a designated sales territory effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the Bali region.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and local business practices is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
