Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets, distributors, and key accounts in the Bali region.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotions with retailers to maximize sales and market penetration.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to retail partners.
  • Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Identify and develop new retail outlets and opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, market feedback, and competitive analysis to management.
  • Participate in local trade shows, promotions, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a designated sales territory effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the Bali region.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the Bali market and local business practices is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
