Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive upselling and promotional activities.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15 kg).
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is an advantage.
