Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail staff across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operational efficiency, inventory management, and customer service quality.
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance team productivity, product knowledge, and service excellence.
- Resolve escalated customer or staff issues promptly, maintaining a positive and professional brand image.
- Collaborate with regional managers to forecast demand, allocate resources, and optimize staffing levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Prepare and present performance reports, including sales metrics, operational challenges, and improvement plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within retail, FMCG, or consumer goods industries.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving team performance in a multi-location environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in retail management software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
