Responsibility
- Provide expert product consultations to customers, identifying their sleep needs and recommending tailored mattress and bedding solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to position our brands as market leaders.
- Collaborate with the retail team to maintain store presentation, inventory, and promotional displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism and empathy.
- Participate in local marketing initiatives, including in-store events, partnerships, and digital campaigns.
- Track sales performance, analyze customer feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (retail, luxury goods, or home furnishings preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and influence purchasing decisions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM or POS systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are advantageous).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in mattress/bedding sales or a strong interest in the industry is highly desirable.
