Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet company demand while optimizing costs and quality.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, supplier performance, and material costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with inventory, logistics, and finance teams to align procurement with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier communications in ERP systems.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and risk assessments to ensure reliability and compliance.
  • Resolve supply chain disruptions and escalate issues proactively to minimize impact on operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in retail or consumer products.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a proven ability to build supplier relationships.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with import/export regulations and logistics in Indonesia is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
