Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections and DIY solutions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including stocking shelves and restocking merchandise.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and labeling new stock, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Promote sales and special offers to customers, achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required; training provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is an advantage.
