Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with company standards.
- Assist in stocking and merchandising products, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and displays are attractive.
- Educate customers about our products, including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in retail or hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
