Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, resolving escalations and fostering a positive shopping experience.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Conduct regular team training and performance evaluations to drive productivity and skill development.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, foot traffic, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with store management to implement promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and sales strategies.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and cash handling procedures.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment to enhance team engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency in a retail setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and interact with customers effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
