Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple FamilyMart stores in Bali, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement promotional campaigns, visual merchandising, and customer engagement strategies to boost sales.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all locations.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to align regional operations with company-wide initiatives.
- Resolve escalated customer or operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel across assigned regions in Bali as needed.
