Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for furniture, mattresses, and spring bed products in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients to expand market reach.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and effective negotiation.
- Provide product training and support to clients and internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, trade shows, and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery and after-sales service to maintain client trust and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the furniture, home goods, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for sales tracking.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
