Responsibility
- Deliver personalized and high-touch customer service to ensure a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
- Represent the Maaez brand with professionalism, warmth, and expertise, aligning with its luxury positioning.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement and product knowledge.
- Stay updated on product collections, trends, and promotions to provide accurate and compelling recommendations.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through follow-ups, personalized styling advice, and exceptional after-sales service.
- Collaborate with the retail team to enhance in-store visual merchandising and ensure brand standards are met.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Participate in brand training, product launches, and team meetings to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, luxury sales, or customer service, preferably in fashion or high-end brands.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Passion for fashion, luxury products, and brand storytelling with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and a customer-first mindset.
- Professional appearance and confidence in engaging with high-net-worth clients.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on retail demands.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or POS systems is an advantage.
