As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has an exceptional shopping experience. You will work in one of our premium retail locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. Whether you're assisting customers, managing inventory, or contributing to visual merchandising, your role will be pivotal in driving sales and maintaining our high standards of service.

Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking, restocking, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Promote products and services to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
