Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, resolving inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance to foster a productive and positive work environment.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in retail management, preferably in the aluminium or building materials industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers and staff.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

- Familiarity with aluminium products and their applications is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
