Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to ensure an inviting shopping environment.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately and securely.
- Stock shelves, replenish inventory, and ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store performance goals.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude with a passion for service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
