Responsibility
- Manage daily retail administrative tasks, including order processing, inventory tracking, and sales reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, returns, and customer interactions.
- Assist in coordinating promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
- Support the onboarding of new team members and provide training as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and retail management software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
