Responsibility

  • Manage daily retail administrative tasks, including order processing, inventory tracking, and sales reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, returns, and customer interactions.
  • Assist in coordinating promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members and provide training as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and retail management software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
