Responsibility

  • Identify and acquire new customers in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for company products and services
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients and business partners
  • Collaborate with marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to management
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand brand presence
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and industry trends

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, or FMCG industries
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)
  • Passion for beauty and wellness products is a plus
  • Experience in retail or B2B sales environments
