Responsibility
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and present Home Doki products effectively, highlighting features, benefits, and promotions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer outreach and upselling techniques.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, card payments, and digital transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance customer experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, product displays, and regular audits.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute marketing campaigns, in-store events, and seasonal promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a commission-based or performance-driven environment.
- Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about home and lifestyle products.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or retail are advantageous.
