Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Restock merchandise, monitor inventory levels, and assist with store replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
- Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to drive revenue.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
