Responsibility
- Coach and mentor distributor field sales teams (DFST) to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and work-with sessions to provide hands-on training and support.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to local market conditions in Bali.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners and key stakeholders.
- Provide timely reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and promotional activities.
- Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and adapt to dynamic work environments.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
