Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times, creating a welcoming and engaging shopping environment.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve conversion rates.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and in line with brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques among team members.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized.
- Collaborate with the store management team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons.
- Passion for fashion, trends, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
