Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive wellness, fitness, and lifestyle programs tailored to guest preferences and local cultural elements.
- Oversee the daily operations of wellness facilities, including spas, gyms, and meditation spaces, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., F&B, Housekeeping, Marketing) to integrate wellness into all aspects of the guest experience.
- Design and lead signature wellness retreats, workshops, and events that enhance guest engagement and revenue.
- Monitor industry trends and innovate new offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the luxury wellness market.
- Train and mentor staff to deliver personalized, high-quality wellness services with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and inventory for wellness-related amenities and equipment.
- Collect and analyze guest feedback to continuously refine programs and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Health Sciences, Sports Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wellness management, preferably within luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end spas.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful wellness programs with measurable impact.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Certifications in yoga, fitness training, nutrition, or holistic therapies are highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of global wellness trends and a passion for sustainable, culturally sensitive practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, wellness management software, and basic financial acumen for budgeting.
