Responsibility
- Assist guests with fitness equipment usage, providing demonstrations and safety instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness center, spa, and recreational areas.
- Conduct basic fitness assessments and recommend personalized workout plans.
- Monitor guest usage of facilities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the wellness team to organize group fitness classes and wellness programs.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
- Promote resort wellness packages and additional services to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fitness, wellness, or hospitality role.
- Certification in fitness training, first aid, or CPR is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and wellness practices.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
