Responsibility
- Oversee daily salon operations, including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and service delivery to ensure a premium experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauticians, therapists, and support staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and skill.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and ensuring product quality and availability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, leveraging social media and local partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and industry standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue tracking, expense management, and budget adherence.
- Handle client feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., spa, front desk) to create integrated wellness packages and enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in salon or spa management, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.
- Proven track record of team leadership, staff development, and operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, and wellness trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and basic financial reporting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
