Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Educate customers on the benefits of natural, organic, and wellness products, tailoring recommendations to their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including ingredients, usage, and health benefits.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and promotional goals.
- Participate in training sessions and product launches to enhance expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (wellness industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for health, wellness, and natural products, with a desire to learn and share knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in nutrition or wellness are advantageous.
