Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Train and develop staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the regional team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory systems, and POS software.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is advantageous.
- Passion for fashion, trends, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
