Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and staff coordination.
- Shadow and support store managers in inventory control, merchandising, and visual display execution.
- Participate in sales performance analysis and contribute to action plans to meet KPIs.
- Lead small teams during peak hours to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to execute promotions and stock replenishment.
- Attend weekly training sessions on retail best practices, leadership, and conflict resolution.
- Prepare reports on sales trends, customer feedback, and operational challenges for management review.
- Uphold eco-shop’s sustainability standards and brand values in all store activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and customers.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for retail and a long-term commitment to growing within the company.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
