Responsibility
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for inventory optimization and product placement.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, including in-store displays, discounts, and marketing collaterals.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Collaborate with store teams to maintain visual merchandising standards and enhance customer shopping experiences.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and promotional effectiveness for management review.
- Support the merchandising team in negotiating with vendors and managing product assortments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and brand guidelines across all retail locations.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising, inventory management, or sales analysis (entry-level candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic data analysis skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Creative mindset with a passion for retail and customer experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Prior experience with retail management software (e.g., POS systems, inventory tools) is advantageous.
